To transfer a domain name to MediaServe from different domain registrar, the process is:

1. Unlock your domain name at the current registrar and get the transfer authorization code (usually called the EPP code) from then as well.
2. Order domain transfer at https://my.mediaserve.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer and provide the EPP code in the process. Select the ID Protection feature to protect you from spam emails and phones calls.
3. If the domain name is properly unlocked at the losing registrar and you've provided the EPP code, the transfer will complete within 5 days and you'll receive an email.

Generally the existing nameserver will come over with the domain name transfer, so our recommendation for migrating an existing website from one webhost to MediaServe are to first order hosting your hosting plan, ask us to assist with the migration if necessary, and transfer your domain name after changing the nameservers to avoid the 5 day delay.
